Aqara H1 Wireless Remote Switch – Seamless Control Anywhere

The Aqara H1 Wireless Remote Switch is the wireless version of the Aqara H1 Smart Wall Switch, with the same premium build quality. It can be configured and assigned to anything you want convenient control to – for example, stick this wireless switch to the wall by your bedside, and remotely turn your bedroom lights from bed. It’s visually identical to the Aqara H1 Smart Wall Switch, and that means you can have a seamless switch design throughout the house.

Place the wireless switch anywhere. Use the mounting tape and stick it to the wall. You can also mechanically fix it to a wall or carpentry using screws. Or don’t fix it at all – the wireless switch also looks good placed on a table.

Once assigned to a smart device – for example, a smart wall switch – pressing the smart wireless switch will turn that switch on and off.

  • An Aqara Smart Hub is required.
  • To work dependably, the Aqara H1 Wireless Remote Switch needs to be in wireless range of the hub it is connected to.
  • The Aqara H1 Wireless Remote Switch is only available in a 2-gang version.

One Button, Multiple Devices

The Aqara H1 Wireless Remote Switch can also be configured to run scenes, which is a group of smart devices in preset states.

For example, a Good Night scene can turn off all the lights in your home. A Romantic Dinner scene can turn your ambient lights, pendant lights, and air-conditioner on, while turning off your track lights.

  • Control can only be achieved through other smart devices in your Aqara Home or Apple Home.

It’s Actually Three Buttons

The Aqara H1 Wireless Remote Switch supports three different actions – single press, double press, and long press.

Each of these actions can be configured and assigned to a different scene or switch.

As an example, a wireless switch placed by your main door can do the following:

Single press: Set the “Leaving Home” scene – turns everything off, close the curtains.

Double press: Set the “Coming Home” scene – turn on some lights and the air-con.

Long press: Turn on the entryway lights for 5 minutes.

Powered with a CR2450 battery that powers it for up to five years before needing a replacement, the Aqara H1 Wireless Remote Switch requires no wires or concealing. 

It comes with an adhesive pad, so you can stick it anywhere.

With its 86x86mm square face plate, it’s the exact size of standard switches in Singapore. This means that the Aqara H1 Wireless Remote Switch can be placed over existing switch boxes, if the box is no longer in use by a wired wall switch.24
